Olio Novo

With a green color and a slight yellowish hue, Olio Novo 2024 is a blend of five varieties of olives: Frantoio, Picual, Picholino, Coratina and Hojiblanca. On the aromatic level, the notes of green herbs, fig leaf, freshly cut grass and also green banana and green bell pepper stand out, providing a rich vegetative aroma, with certain sweet notes. It is an oil that lingers and covers the mouth well, with intense fruitiness and some sweet nutty notes. In the palate it is spicy and bitter in perfect balance with each other. It is a limited edition blend, elaborated with the best varietals of each year, which are specially selected to achieve a unique product that stands out for its nobility and freshness.

Pairing: Perfect for red meats, strong-flavored seafood, ethnic foods, sauces, excellent with mint ice cream.
