Here in Colinas de Garzón we are vertically integrated. 100% of our oils are produced, stored, and bottled in our boutique Mill from olives harvested in our olive trees, allowing us to guarantee the quality of our products 100%.

All our olive oils are the result of a first cold extraction of olives that are processed within the first 12 hours of harvesting, following a strict harvesting and extraction protocol. This harvesting is done with state-of-the-art equipment, which includes a modern and complete laboratory. In addition, our HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) certifications guarantee the safety of our products and pesticide-free quality.

Our bottles of extra virgin olive oils are identified with a lot number laser printed on the bottle glass, which makes it irreplaceable. Through this lot number we can identify exactly the exact location in our field where the olive trees from which we harvest the olives are located, as well as the date of harvesting, processing, and subsequent bottling.
